Technical Manager

About the role

Join an international tech company as a Technical Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver custom software solutions. You will guide engineering efforts, mentor developers, and ensure projects meet client expectations while leveraging the latest technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project needs and objectives, delivering on‑time and within budget.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to capture requirements.
• Support the team in client interactions and stakeholder management.
• Analyze, design, and oversee technical solutions that align with client goals.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and review.
• Conduct data and process analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, managing web projects.
• Strong background as a software engineer, preferably with Node.js and React.js.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (ideally GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and agents.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ members and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
