Technical Manager – Software Consultancy

About the role

As a Technical Manager at Plain Concepts you will lead the delivery of custom software solutions for international clients. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure high‑quality outcomes, and act as the bridge between technical execution and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and support the team in client interactions.
• Analyze, design, and oversee technical solutions that meet client requirements.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and conduct data/process analyses for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role coordinating web projects.
• Strong software engineering background, preferably with Node.js and React.js.
• Experience with Cloud and DevOps, ideally on Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and agents.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10 + members and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
