Technical Office Manager

About the role

Esnad Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure the smooth execution of construction projects. You will act as the central hub for design coordination, documentation, and technical support across architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and material submissions before construction issuance.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and BIM teams to resolve interdisciplinary clashes.
• Monitor design progress against schedules, manage design changes, and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide technical support to site teams and respond to RFIs.
• Implement value‑engineering initiatives to optimise cost and efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on technical office activities and project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and contracting projects.
• Proven experience in Technical Office Management within a contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, specifications, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
