Technical Project Coordinator – Cybersecurity & Technology

About the role

ASE is seeking a motivated Technical Project Coordinator to drive cybersecurity and technology initiatives from start to finish. You will act as the central hub for project activities, vendor relations, procurement, and customer communication, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity and technology projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Engage with local and international vendors, distributors, and suppliers.
• Source products, obtain quotations, and monitor procurement activities.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Liaise between customers, technical teams, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and inventory records.
• Support licensing renewals and technology sourcing efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and software licensing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑up abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
