Technical Project Manager – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Join BytePlus, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance, as a Technical Project Manager on a 12‑month contract. You will lead complex technical projects for enterprise clients, ensuring delivery excellence while acting as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage daily project activities, controlling costs, staffing, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary client contact, aligning expectations and coordinating internal resources for maximum project value.
• Collaborate with front‑end business and pre‑sales teams to provide technical guidance and shape project strategy.
• Analyze client structures, decision‑making processes, and digital maturity to design tailored delivery approaches.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful project “landing” and high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of enterprise (B2B) service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with judgment to manage complex organizational challenges.
• Excellent coordination and relationship‑management skills, balancing client, partner, and internal interests.
• Professional proficiency in English, demonstrated through work experience or certifications.
