Technical Project Manager – GenAI & SaaS

About the role

Join BytePlus, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance, as a Technical Project Manager focused on GenAI and SaaS solutions. You will lead complex, client‑facing projects, ensuring delivery excellence while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage daily project activities, controlling costs, staffing, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary client contact, aligning internal resources to maximize project value and customer success.
• Partner with front‑end business and pre‑sales teams to provide technical guidance, shape client expectations, and define strategic direction.
• Analyze client organizational structures, decision‑making processes, and digital maturity to craft tailored delivery strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery of complex technical projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of enterprise (ToB) service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of handling complex organizational challenges.
• Excellent coordination and relationship‑management skills, balancing client, partner, and internal interests.
• Professional working proficiency in English, demonstrated through prior work experience or certifications.
• Preferred: experience delivering overseas projects in GovTech, Transportation, or Telecommunications, and rapid mastery of new industry business logic.
