About the role
As a Technical Specialist at Apple Retail, you will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for customers while creating excitement around Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options and help them get the most out of their Apple devices.
Key responsibilities
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
- Support customers with hardware or software issues, using Apple‑provided tools and resources.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for selected Apple devices.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
- Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, recommending products, and educating on purchase options.
- Perform additional customer‑facing tasks as needed, both on and off the sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values.
Required profile
- Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, in line with local laws.
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer service issues with care.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
