Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver high‑quality IT assistance to end users in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related problems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Handle support requests via ticketing systems, phone, or email.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Support remote users using remote‑access tools.
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
