Telephone Sales Agent – In‑Room Dining (Saudi National)

About the role

The Telephone Sales Agent for In‑Room Dining provides guests with seamless phone service for room‑service orders, menu inquiries and wine selections. This full‑time position supports the hotel’s food‑and‑beverage operations while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Take room‑service orders over the phone and answer menu‑related questions.
• Provide wine information, including origin, vintage and style.
• Log callbacks, notify guests and management of any service delays.
• Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift.
• Record transactions in the MICROS system and process all payment methods.
• Complete closing reports, including MICROS reports.
• Follow all company safety, security and uniform policies.
• Deliver courteous, professional telephone etiquette and assist guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Saudi national (as indicated in the title).
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
