Tendering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Tendering Specialist to manage the full tendering and bidding cycle for our projects. You will analyse RFPs/RFQs, craft high‑quality technical proposals and ensure flawless submissions to improve our win rate.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tender documents to extract technical requirements, risks and timelines.
• Write and edit comprehensive technical proposals that showcase the company’s strengths.
• Collaborate with technical teams, senior management and PMO directors to gather accurate data.
• Manage online bidding portals (e.g., Etimad), upload queries, monitor addenda and submit bids.
• Prepare project methodologies, organisational charts and execution schedules for proposals.
• Audit final submissions for 100% compliance with tender criteria.
• Maintain a central database of company profiles, CVs, certificates and proposal templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical proposal writing and end‑to‑end bidding operations.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement laws and digital tendering platforms.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
