Testing & Commissioning Engineer – Telecom

About the role

The Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer will join Multi‑Tech’s Riyadh team to ensure telecom systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest standards. This full‑time, on‑site position involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and meet quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage test documentation, including control plans, procedures, and records.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to hand over areas ready for testing and review PICO status.
• Execute daily test and commissioning activities according to project schedules and specifications.
• Inspect equipment to verify compliance with technical specifications.
• Monitor T&C progress, address issues promptly, and report daily status.
• Collaborate with the off‑site Work Package Manager (Italy) to resolve technical issues with manufacturers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults discovered during testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
