About the role
We are seeking a motivated Tourism Specialist to join our Business Travel team. The successful candidate will manage corporate travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for our employees and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Book, issue, re‑issue, and refund air tickets using the Amadeus system.
- Arrange hotel accommodations, transfers, visas, and travel insurance.
- Provide optimal travel options while adhering to corporate travel policies.
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in corporate or business travel ticketing.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer‑service, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Amadeus reservation system.
