Training Applications & End User Support Specialist

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Dammam as a Training Applications & End User Support Specialist. You will lead training and support for core operational and customer‑facing systems, ensuring users are equipped to work efficiently across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training and support for all core operational systems and customer‑facing applications (both onsite and via WebEx).
• Drive standardisation and process optimisation in line with IRR priorities.
• Review, distribute and communicate user releases, helpful hints and training manuals to super‑users and end‑users.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment on country‑wide training needs with HR, FiCO and product teams.
• Design and deliver targeted, process‑oriented training courses.
• Promote a culture of quality, service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance talent knowledge resources.
• Contribute to a collaborative and effective team environment.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience within DHL Global Forwarding.
• 1‑2 years as a country BPO team member.
• At least 4 years of experience in training management.
• Good knowledge of the local business reality.
• Exposure to the Global DGF entity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Management or a related field.

Required skills

• WebEx for remote training and support sessions.
