Training Manager – Automotive Learning & Development

About the role

The leading automotive and dealership group in Saudi Arabia is looking for a seasoned Training Manager to shape and deliver learning solutions across its multiple business units. You will drive workforce capability, support business growth, and ensure that training initiatives align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual training strategies and learning plans.
• Conduct needs analyses and competency gap assessments.
• Design and deliver technical, leadership, and behavioral programs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness, evaluate ROI, and report results.
• Oversee training budgets, vendors, and external providers.
• Partner with business leaders to enhance workforce performance.
• Lead and develop the internal Training & Development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in automotive dealerships, distributors, or multi‑site organizations is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in training strategy, leadership development, succession planning and competency frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
