Training Manager

About the role

Al Mataem International, a growing multi‑brand restaurant group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Training Manager to develop and deliver training programmes for its front‑ and back‑of‑house teams across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and role‑based training for front‑ and back‑of‑house staff.
• Develop and maintain SOP‑based training and certification materials in Arabic and English.
• Lead training for new‑branch openings to ensure fully staffed and ready launches.
• Convert mystery‑shopper and customer‑complaint insights into targeted training interventions.
• Track training completion, certification status and impact, and report results to the Head of Restaurants.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in food‑and‑beverage or hospitality training, with at least 2 years in a training‑lead role, preferably across multiple branches.
• Proven track record of building training programmes and supporting new‑branch openings.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to reside in or relocate to Jeddah and travel regularly to Riyadh.

Required skills

• HACCP certification (Level 3)
