Travel Agent – Riyadh (Pakistani candidates in Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our client’s team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing domestic and international travel bookings while delivering exceptional customer service to Pakistani professionals residing in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flight tickets.
• Arrange hotel reservations, transportation, and travel packages.
• Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance.
• Provide travel advice, itinerary planning, and destination information.
• Handle ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and re‑bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client information.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Experience in international ticketing and travel planning.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
