About the role
Kerry’s Early Career Supply Chain Program is a permanent, full‑time graduate position that launches a structured two‑year development journey. You will work across Production, Finance, Procurement and Customer Service to help balance material flows and meet customer demand.
Key responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain Management by applying core supply chain principles and challenging existing practices.
- Lead projects that roll out best‑practice supply chain solutions and address site‑wide challenges.
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants and internal teams to deliver a world‑class customer experience.
- Utilise advanced planning and logistics systems to analyse big data and provide efficiency recommendations.
- Apply expertise in demand planning, supply planning, scheduling and logistics & transportation planning to ensure on‑time, in‑full deliveries.
Required profile
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Business or Technology.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ambitious, curious and eager to contribute to sustainable nutrition initiatives.
