University Internship – Connectivity Support (6 months)

About the role
This 6‑month university internship supports the connectivity and digital services portfolio of GEHC. You will work closely with customers and internal connectivity teams to ensure smooth operation of remote solutions and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Attend customer visits to demonstrate the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services.
- Collaborate with connectivity teams to improve processes, infrastructure and effective connectivity.
- Maintain connectivity task logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Use the escalation process to resolve digital service issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Communicate with customers to ensure issue resolution and follow‑up, driving satisfaction.
- Monitor connectivity data integrity and use the Connectivity Hub tool to track live connectivity, data‑flow issues and Helium monitoring.
- Work with cross‑functional partners (Connectivity Project Leader, SDM, Field, HPM) to ensure project execution and follow‑up.
- Provide on‑site support for live and C@I activities as required.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university program.
- Strong interest in connectivity, digital services and customer support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Experience with the connectivity Hub tool.
- Familiarity with Helium monitoring.
