Network & Security Manager

About the role

The Network & Security Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the enterprise network infrastructure, including data, voice, and security services. The role ensures reliability, stability, and security while supporting continuous service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and deploy a secure, scalable enterprise‑wide network and communication infrastructure in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Monitor network performance, collect statistics, and conduct capacity planning to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Execute preventive maintenance, patch management, and lifecycle management of admin profiles and licenses.
• Coordinate internal and external audits of network devices, appliances and servers.
• Develop, document and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, manage backups, and lead restoration activities after incidents.
• Lead and supervise a team of Network Administrators, schedule work, prioritize tasks and provide technical guidance.
• Assist the Head of Networks & Infrastructure with project management for major initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise network and security environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising technical teams.
• Ability to develop documentation, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
