User Acquisition Manager (Mobile)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to lead performance‑driven campaigns for our fast‑scaling global mobile growth function. Based in Saudi Arabia and working fully remote, you will acquire high‑quality users for leading social discovery and entertainment apps, optimizing for LTV, CPA and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor, analyze and report performance using AppsFlyer and internal BI tools.
• Scale channels while maintaining target CPA and LTV thresholds.
• Test and iterate on creative concepts, audience segments and ad formats.
• Conduct deep funnel analysis to understand unit economics and profitability drivers.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in mobile user acquisition.
• Proven results on Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics, unit economics and mobile growth funnels.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners, especially AppsFlyer, and knowledge of SKAdNetwork.
• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B1+ level).
