UX Consultant

About the role

The UX Consultant will shape the overall human experience when interacting with digital systems. By understanding user needs, wants, and abilities, you will ensure that products are easy to use, efficient, and enjoyable across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from business teams.
• Address design challenges creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, persona creation, and journey mapping.
• Prioritize user needs, behaviours, pain points, and motivations.
• Develop information architecture and organise content for easy discovery.
• Create visual designs using Figma and Adobe XD, ensuring brand alignment.
• Apply accessibility guidelines to make products usable for all users.
• Hand off design assets to product managers, stakeholders, and developers.
• Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality.
• Run usability and expert testing, collect feedback, and iterate.
• Contribute to design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Follow UX best practices and deliver experiences for mobile, tablet, desktop, and kiosk.

Required profile

• Proven experience in user experience design and research.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive digital solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, development, and stakeholder teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accessibility and usability standards.
