VAS Products Specialist – Professional

About the role

Mobily is seeking a VAS Products Specialist to lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of value‑added services. The role bridges product planning, sales, customer care and finance to deliver a seamless, customer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysis, sales and customer care teams to gather market insights and translate data into enhanced product features and user journeys.
• Conduct customer‑journey mapping, usability testing and user‑centric design to ensure excellent experience for new products and services.
• Manage issue resolution that impacts customers, sales and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely fixes.
• Develop commercial proposals, marketing communications briefs and business cases; maintain product processes and documentation.
• Coordinate product launch announcements, commercial roll‑outs and post‑launch testing.
• Source and evaluate vendors, issue RFPs, negotiate contracts and manage partner relationships after launch.
• Prepare launch communication materials such as flyers, website content and social media posts.
• Work with finance to assure revenue, define functional specifications and drive operational efficiencies post‑launch.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing product or service launches within a telecom or digital services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform profitability analysis and build business cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to drive innovation across product portfolios.
• Experience in vendor management, RFP processes and contract negotiation.
• Competence in preparing marketing and communication materials for product launches.
