Vehicle Maintenance Technician – Buses & Trucks

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled technician to maintain and repair buses and trucks for our operations in Riyadh. The role is field‑based, requiring a hands‑on approach, strong diagnostic abilities and the capacity to work independently while ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and preventive servicing of buses and trucks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and ITS data.
• Repair or replace components such as air suspension, air‑conditioning, braking and hydraulic systems.
• Document all work in service logs and repair reports, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external workshops and parts suppliers for specialized repairs or urgent parts procurement.
• Provide on‑site assistance for breakdowns or roadside emergencies as needed.
• Mentor junior technicians and workshop staff to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Be available for occasional overtime and urgent maintenance requests.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Several years of hands‑on experience with bus and truck maintenance.
• Valid Saudi heavy‑vehicle driving licence (bus and truck).
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
