About the role

The Vendor Management Director leads the company's vendor management function, overseeing relationships with key suppliers, contracts and performance to ensure productive and cost‑effective partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance, identifying improvement areas and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align vendor requirements with company goals.
• Oversee contract negotiation, compliance and ongoing management for a range of vendors.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives in vendor management processes.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 9‑10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence, market research and change management.
• Strong focus on quality and contract management.
