About the role

The Vice President – International Business will lead the organisation's expansion beyond the GCC, shaping and executing a sustainable growth strategy across global markets. Based in Riyadh, this senior leader will drive market entry initiatives, forge commercial partnerships, and ensure long‑term success in new territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities outside the GCC.
• Develop and implement international growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead market entry projects, including partner selection, distribution network setup, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and manage strong commercial relationships with international distributors and partners.
• Strengthen global operations and identify new revenue streams across multiple geographies.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on international expansion plans.

Required profile

• 12+ years of recent experience leading international business within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of opening and growing new markets outside the GCC.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing international partnerships and distributor networks.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
