Vice President of Finance

About the role

The Vice President of Finance will lead financial planning, project controls, reporting and governance for a large infrastructure organization operating across Saudi Arabia. This senior position supports major capital‑expenditure programmes and long‑term investment planning while improving cost visibility and control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, project controls, reporting and governance across the organisation.
• Support large‑scale capital expenditure programmes and long‑term investment planning.
• Strengthen financial visibility across projects and improve cost‑control mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with project directors, procurement and executive leadership.
• Manage funding strategies, banking relationships and audit processes.

Required profile

• Senior finance leadership experience within infrastructure, construction or project‑heavy environments.
• Strong exposure to project finance, cost control and capital management.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical rigour, leadership maturity and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Professional finance qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA).
