VRM Operator – CCR (Cement Plant)

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled VRM Operator (CCR) to join its cement production facility in Hofuf, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the safe start‑up, shutdown and continuous operation of assigned mills and related equipment, ensuring product quality and efficient plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill processes in coordination with foremen, shift supervisors and senior operators.
• Execute start‑up and shutdown procedures according to approved operating instructions.
• Perform raw‑meal, clinker and cement silo changeovers and manage stockpiling of raw materials such as limestone, iron ore, bauxite, clay, sand and gypsum.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality specifications for semi‑finished and finished products.
• Collaborate with field patrollers and operator helpers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Industrial Diploma (or equivalent) with 6‑7 years of experience in cement or similar heavy‑industry plant operations.
• Proven ability to work in shift patterns and handle overtime as required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
