About the role
Join Plaza Premium Group to provide friendly, timely, and professional food and beverage service to guests in airport lounges across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure high‑quality presentation, safety of all items, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests.
- Serve food and beverage items according to service standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Refill hot and cold buffet items as required.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation continuously.
- Keep hot and cold food lines clean and stocked with appropriate utensils.
- Comply with Saudi Arabian hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
- Support the service team during peak periods.
Required profile
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work quickly, listen, and think innovatively.
- Willingness to speak up, share ideas, and treat every person with kindness.
