Waiter/Waitress – Full‑Time Position in Riyadh

About the role

Join a leading international hotel brand as a full‑time Waiter/Waitress in Riyadh. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders and transactions using the MICROS POS system.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service stations.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning off lights, and presenting accurate checks for payment.
• Follow all safety, security, and uniform policies and report any hazards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lb unaided, >50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks required for the role.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
