Wardrobe Supervisor

About the role

The Wardrobe Supervisor at Rosewood AMAALA manages the complete uniform lifecycle for all resort associates, ensuring that grooming and presentation standards align with the brand’s luxury positioning. This role coordinates uniform issuance, fitting, alterations, repairs, inventory control, and replacement planning across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sizing, fittings, alterations, repairs, replacements, and seasonal uniform changes.
• Oversee daily wardrobe operations, including distribution, collection, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for uniforms, accessories, name badges, and related items.
• Coordinate with Talent & Culture to prepare uniforms for new joiners before their start date.
• Work closely with Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning, pressing, and quality maintenance.
• Monitor grooming and uniform compliance across departments in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular uniform audits and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Supervise wardrobe storage areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and security.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and forecasting in collaboration with Finance.
• Promote sustainability through repair programs and waste‑reduction practices.
• Handle associate uniform queries, adjustments, and requests professionally.
• Lead and supervise wardrobe attendants or support staff where applicable.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in wardrobe, uniform management, laundry operations, or related hospitality roles within luxury environments.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience in pre‑opening or resort environments is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and inventory‑management capability.
