Warehouse Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Agent to join our logistics team. The role involves receiving, inspecting and organising incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome delivery trucks and process incoming shipments using the designated tools and systems.
• Unload and inspect goods to confirm they match orders and specifications.
• Track stock levels and keep supplies organised and easily accessible.
• Enter and update inventory data in the record‑keeping software with precision.
• Store items in their correct locations and maintain a tidy, navigable warehouse.
• Handle merchandise carefully to avoid damage and preserve product quality.
• Pack and prepare supplies for other teams, ensuring readiness for use.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues to coordinate inventory movement.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to streamline processes and uphold quality standards.
• Use proper documentation to monitor on‑hand inventory and support effective time management.

Required profile

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Diploma or high school graduate.
• Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
• Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
