Warehouse Coordinator (Parts)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the spare‑parts inventory for construction machinery in our Riyadh facility. The role ensures proper storage, accurate stock levels and smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control spare‑parts inventory, performing regular counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and organization of parts.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support overall warehouse workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Operate a forklift safely to move heavy items as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably with construction machinery parts.
• Understanding of construction‑machinery components and basic math for inventory calculations.
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction machinery or material handling within the Saudi market.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
