Warehouse & Logistics Management Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Management Specialist will coordinate all warehousing and logistics activities across procurement, sales, and production. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, overseeing inbound and outbound flows, and ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with procurement, sales, production and customer teams to align logistics and warehousing requirements.
• Source, evaluate and manage warehousing and transportation suppliers.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs for warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, damages or losses, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate order picking, dispatch and delivery scheduling with internal teams and external carriers.
• Process carrier invoices, maintain delivery documentation and manage long‑term carrier relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
