Operations Coordinator (Eastern Province)

About the role

As the Regional Operations Coordinator for the Eastern Province, you will oversee day‑to‑day logistics, order fulfillment and operational workflows for BRKZ’s construction‑tech platform. You will act as the primary liaison between sales, procurement, transporters and customers to ensure seamless material delivery and accurate system documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities in the Dammam region, coordinating across sales, logistics, procurement and customer service teams.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery assignments between suppliers, transporters and customers, handling bulk material shipments and tracking delivery schedules.
• Track and manage inventory levels, liaise with warehouse teams and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and transportation costs, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for transporters, suppliers and customers, resolving operational issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the central operations team in Riyadh and other regions using approved channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply‑chain coordination, preferably in construction or building‑materials.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage documentation such as delivery notes and permits.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam, with familiarity of Eastern Province logistics preferred.
