Warehouse Supervisor – Riyadh

About the role

Reef Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Riyadh. The role ensures efficient receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of perfume and other sensitive products while supporting branch and sales channel needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Organise workflow, allocate tasks and monitor performance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for perfumes and other sensitive items, preventing damage or loss.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to guarantee timely preparation, packing and loading of shipments.
• Train and coach warehouse staff on procedures, safety standards and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities to reduce losses and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Previous experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve operational issues quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
