Warehouse Team Leader – Packaging & Issuance

About the role

The Warehouse Team Leader oversees packaging and material issuance activities, ensuring accurate handling, inventory control, and timely support to production. This role combines hands‑on supervision with compliance to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach warehouse staff involved in packaging and issuance, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Review production requests, verify item codes, batch numbers and quantities, and issue packaging materials on schedule.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and support monthly/annual inventory audits while enforcing FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA, Tatmeen and internal SOPs, keeping accurate records and supporting internal and external audits.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance processes, uphold warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and coordinate with QC, Production and Logistics teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with packaging and issuance duties.
• Proven ability to lead a team, train employees on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SFDA and Tatmeen.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for inventory discrepancies.
