International Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for an International Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate our cross‑border import and export operations. The role ensures that shipments move smoothly, documentation is accurate, and all regulatory requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare, review and manage all shipping documentation required for customs and freight forwarders.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to ensure timely clearance.
• Monitor shipment timelines and proactively address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, import or export.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
• Hands‑on experience working with freight forwarders and customs clearance processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
