Water Sports Supervisor

About the role

The Water Sports Supervisor is a site‑based operational leader responsible for the safe and high‑quality delivery of all water‑sports activities at the Red Sea destination. Reporting to the Water Sports Manager, this role coordinates instructors, guests, and equipment to ensure premium experiences in a luxury marine tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Water Sports Manager in daily operations of water‑sports activities.
• Supervise instructors and operational staff, ensuring consistent safety and service standards.
• Coordinate daily activity schedules, guest allocations, and resource planning.
• Ensure all activities follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and luxury service expectations.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions, adjusting operations as needed.
• Maintain equipment readiness and oversee briefing of instructors before each shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in water‑sports instruction or related field.
• Proven leadership experience supervising staff.
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
