Weapons School Instructor

About the role

The Weapons School Instructor will deliver advanced Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) training to Saudi Arabian personnel at the Saudi Weapons School in Dammam. The role involves designing curriculum, assessing training needs, and transferring cutting‑edge ISR technology to support air and cyber operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ISR‑related skills training covering core intelligence, targeting, weaponeering, and battle damage assessment.
• Perform training needs assessments and develop courseware tailored to Saudi defense requirements.
• Facilitate technology transfer and operational use of ISR systems.
• Provide expertise in precision point mensuration, target point mensuration, and collateral damage estimation.
• Support manned and remotely piloted aircraft unit operations, imagery/geospatial analysis, and ISR campaign planning.
• Lead exercise planning, collection management, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination of intelligence data.

Required profile

• US civilian passport.
• USAF Weapons School graduate and/or former Weapons School Instructor (Intel Patch/Intel Squadron, 19th WPS).
• Minimum five years of operational/tactical targeting and weaponeering experience.
• Prior experience as an intelligence 14N or F‑15 pilot providing intelligence support to flying units.
• Active Secret security clearance.
