Web Developer

About the role

The Web Developer will maintain and enhance the Fakeeh Care Group websites, ensuring content accuracy, security, and optimal user experience. You will work closely with the development team to implement new designs, resolve technical issues, and keep the sites up‑to‑date with the latest web standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ongoing development, updates, and redesigns for company websites.
• Identify and resolve web page or server issues promptly.
• Monitor systems for intrusions, denial‑of‑service attacks and report breaches.
• Administer internet/intranet infrastructure, including web, FTP, news and mail servers.
• Design, build and maintain front‑end and back‑end architecture, databases and APIs.
• Test backup, recovery, and software responsiveness; troubleshoot and debug as needed.
• Participate in agile development cycles, automation, and deployment processes.
• Stay current on web development trends through continuous learning and conferences.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in web development or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written English and Arabic.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Web development using authoring/scripting languages and digital media tools.
• Server administration (web, FTP, mail servers) and network security (firewalls, encryption).
• Design and implementation of APIs, databases and back‑end services.
• Agile software development, automation and deployment processes.
• Cloud platforms: AWS and Microsoft Azure.
