Wellness Concierge

About the role

The Wellness Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests using the Wellness & Spa facilities. You will ensure a seamless, personalized experience from reservation through departure, upholding Rosewood’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, creating tailored arrival and departure experiences.
• Manage spa reception operations, schedule appointments, and coordinate with therapists and fitness instructors.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness experiences, and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Handle billing, cashiering, payment processing, and accurate posting of guest charges.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of reception, retail boutique, fitness centre, and waiting areas.
• Provide product knowledge, educate guests on home‑care routines, and maintain retail inventory.
• Address guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and empathy.
• Foster positive relationships with all associates and departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
