About the role

The Wellness Curator joins Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea to create personalized, holistic wellness experiences for guests of this landmark luxury destination. Working within the Spa and Wellness department, the role blends service artistry, wellness expertise, and guest engagement to uphold the brand’s high standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional wellness consultations and recommend tailored treatments, activities, or programs.
• Deliver refined service experiences that align with luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
• Build meaningful guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Provide personalized guidance on spa, fitness, and overall wellness experiences.
• Support the execution of wellness activities, workshops, and curated guest experiences.
• Assist in facilitating initiatives designed by the Senior Wellness Manager.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and support upselling of spa services, wellness packages, and memberships.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver personalized and holistic wellness experiences in line with luxury brand standards.
• Strong guest‑service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with the Wellness Supervisor and senior team members.
