Wellness Manager

About the role

The Wellness Manager will lead the spa, fitness centre, recreation and overall wellness facilities at Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, ensuring ultra‑luxury guest experiences that align with brand standards and sustainability values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, fitness centre, recreation areas and wellness facilities, guaranteeing seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, wellness areas and recreational spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Monitor inventory, usage and maintenance of spa products, equipment and retail items.
• Deliver personalized wellness journeys, coordinate VIP arrangements, private sessions and special occasions.
• Lead, coach and develop the spa, fitness and recreation team, conducting briefings, training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to create integrated luxury experiences.
• Drive revenue across treatments, retail, memberships and wellness programs while tracking performance indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Enforce grooming, hygiene, safety and compliance with hotel policies, Saudi regulations and sustainability practices.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience managing spa and wellness operations in an ultra‑luxury or five‑star hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in spa, recreation or wellness areas.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Wellness, Spa Management or a related field (advantage).
• Pre‑opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a remote destination while maintaining luxury grooming and presentation standards.
