Wellness Operations Integration Manager

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Wellness Operations Integration Manager to drive the execution of its wellness strategy across the destination. The role will coordinate partnerships, events, retreats, and communications to strengthen brand positioning and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the approved wellness strategy into detailed implementation plans with clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage a calendar of wellness events, identifying national, regional, and global opportunities that enhance market positioning.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage new wellness partnerships, sponsorships, and trade opportunities.
• Lead wellness PR and communication initiatives in alignment with Marketing, including content for webpages, digital platforms, and social channels.
• Drive social media, influencer, and content creation strategies to increase visibility and audience engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to plan and execute wellness experiences, attend industry shows, and support VIP guest engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing wellness, events, or hospitality programs.
• Strong ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on brand visibility and commercial growth.
