Windows Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Windows Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our Windows Server infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of critical services while supporting shift‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems and related services.
• Manage Active Directory, including group policy, DNS, and user access controls.
• Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and VCF components.
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
• Monitor network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and resolve connectivity issues.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and patch‑management processes.
• Support enterprise applications like Exchange, Citrix, and SCCM.
• Document incidents, produce reports, and close VA/CR findings.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for teamwork.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle on‑call duties.
