Workforce Staffing Specialist

About the role

Amazon's Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a dedicated Workforce Staffing Specialist to support the KSA organization from Jeddah. You will help design and execute labor acquisition strategies that attract diverse talent while minimizing cost per hire.

Key responsibilities

• Create data‑driven vision and scalable strategies to capture top talent at the lowest cost.
• Develop and implement labor acquisition plans, including employee class recommendations and talent‑pool conversion.
• Partner with Site Leadership (Operations, Finance, HR) to align staffing requirements with business needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly Workforce Staffing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Forecast labor demand and design staffing infrastructure to meet business demand.
• Lead and manage projects of increasing scale, ensuring completion and adherence to SLAs.
• Travel as needed to conduct hiring events across the designated geographic area.
• Own cost‑per‑hire budgets and optimize advertising and acquisition expenses.
• Improve candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in workforce staffing, talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region to support hiring events.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPI dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
