Yoga & Meditation Instructor – Guest Wellness Specialist

About the role

The Yoga and Meditation Instructor at Miraval The Red Sea creates transformative movement experiences that blend mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and holistic fitness. You will support guests in achieving physical, mental, and emotional well‑being through personalized and group sessions in a culturally respectful resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, tai chi, Qi Gong, Pilates, sound healing, breathwork and other mindful movement modalities.
• Design and deliver educational workshops on posture, movement awareness, stress reduction and energy balancing.
• Maintain safety, professionalism and cleanliness of movement spaces and equipment.
• Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Arabia’s health, wellness, cultural and hospitality regulations.
• Collaborate with the Wellness team to integrate movement practices into broader guest‑experience programs.
• Stay current with research and trends in mindful movement and continuously refine teaching techniques.
• Contribute content for marketing initiatives, such as articles and blog posts, to highlight movement‑based offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading yoga, meditation, tai chi, Qi Gong, Pilates or similar mindful movement classes.
• Ability to tailor programs to diverse guest needs, physical abilities and wellness goals.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful environment for all guests.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with the resort’s Wellness team.
