Zakat Trainee – Tamheer Program (Jeddah)

About the role

Crowe Solutions for Professional Consulting is seeking motivated Saudi graduates to join its Zakat and Tax team in Jeddah as a Zakat Trainee through the Tamheer Program. This six‑month training provides hands‑on exposure to zakat compliance, financial analysis, and client advisory work within a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic zakat schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support the team with zakat calculations and review of financial data.
• Organise client files, working papers, and required documentation.
• Conduct basic research on Saudi zakat regulations under supervision.
• Help prepare responses to ZATCA inquiries when needed.
• Coordinate with team members and assist in daily engagement tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards when handling client information.

Required profile

• Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer Program and not previously a beneficiary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Interest in zakat, tax, and financial compliance.
• Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• SOCPA membership or intention to pursue professional qualifications is a plus.
