Zoho Specialist – IT (Full‑Time, Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist with hands‑on experience in Zoho to design, customize, and manage Zoho applications across the organization. You will work closely with business teams to translate requirements into effective Zoho solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects and Zoho Flow.
• Build custom modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho with third‑party tools via REST APIs and Zoho Flow.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across Zoho modules.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
• Gather business requirements and configure Zoho accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of practical Zoho experience (CRM, One, Books, Desk, Projects or similar).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Zoho CRM Certified Administrator or Developer is a plus.
