Access Infrastructure Strategic Planning Section Manager

About the role

The Access Infrastructure Strategic Planning Section Manager leads the development of an integrated, business‑aligned strategic plan for Access Infrastructure. This role ensures that sector priorities, initiatives and projects are coordinated to meet medium and long‑term business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and implementation of strategic planning plans in line with corporate objectives.
• Direct and manage the Access Infrastructure Strategic Planning Section, providing leadership and facilitating high‑performance work processes.
• Interpret and implement change within the section, supporting continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Review and discuss infrastructure sector business and technology priorities.
• Identify and develop strategic imperatives in coordination with Infrastructure planning GD.
• Review infrastructure strategic plans for alignment with overall guidelines.
• Analyze infrastructure projects, identify interdependencies with technology strategy, and guide project prioritization with Applications and Finance.
• Support the development of a 3‑year integrated Access Infrastructure Strategic Plan covering technology, operations and organization.
• Conduct periodic reviews of projects, flag deviations, and assign remediation responsibilities.
• Coordinate and consolidate project information to support prioritization aligned with business imperatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic planning functions within an infrastructure or telecom environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a section and drive high performance.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement change initiatives.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and quality standards in infrastructure planning.
